This highly interactive training will build confidence in the “BEFORE” mediation steps, equip mediators to ask better questions and prepare for a successful mediation. We’ll cover the ins and outs of Intake process. This training is ideal for any mediator who has completed a 40-hour Mediator Training and wishes to enhance their mediation skill set.
