As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we provide an annual report to the public in an effort to increase and maintain transparency.

Who we are

Conflict Resolution Services provides low and no-cost mediation services in Northwest Lower Michigan. We are one of 16 Community Dispute Resolution Program centers in the state.

What we do

Our mission is to make peaceful dispute resolution available to anyone seeking assistance within the service area. In addition, we offer facilitation and training services to the communities served.

2022 Annual Report.

CRS grew considerably in 2022. In fact, the organization doubled the number of cases being processed and mediated through the office.

2021 Annual Report.

CRS changed significantly in 2021, including the change in executive director to Brandie Sigler. In addition, the new MI-Resolve platform to mediate small claims cases was added to the services. During the year, COVID restrictions were decreased allowing for more community engagement.
